Blog 6

When I first began using Diigo, I was quite confused. I still struggle with certain elements of the website but I am starting to get my comfortable with it. I love how we are able to share links with one another and provide a summary of the website for the viewers. I just wish the website was easier to navigate.

This has been my first actual time blogging. One YouTube, I watch a lot of vloggers and it seems really easy. Blogging is actually the same way. It reminds me of journaling, or keeping a diary. We are just able to share our journal with others.

A Web 2.0 tool that I may use when teaching is YouTube. YouTube is a video blogging site where I can share instructional videos that I have recorded or share videos from other users with my class. Students could use these videos when they are struggling with a topic outside of class time. They could also use it to post their own entertaining videos.

  1. Hi Jade!

I like the Youtube used as a Web 2.0 and it definitely will be a great resource for students. You can also use it to find other videos for resources for students as well.
